I am very passionate about helping empower individuals, couples, and families to improve quality of life while navigating through a variety of obstacles. 

My plan is to best support my clients on their journey to healing and/or setting themselves up for success. I like to work very collaboratively, with very honest and open communication. 

I have worked with all ages and have substantial & diverse experiences with a wide range of problems: anxiety, ADHD
mood disorders, communication, addiction/recovery, trauma, coparenting, relationships, depression, etc.  
Whatever it may be, I offer support and guidance to navigate the challenges.
